About every 20 feet or so, adjacent to the busy main road and beach walk, is another makeshift beach bar. Jerry's Bar. Mike's Bar. Tiger Itchy Bum Bar. But these aren't just your average bars. They're less than average bars. If you're wearing a shirt and shoes, you will probably not be served.

And The Eyes Have It

Gamelan orchestra, Bali As somebody whose idea of a good time is cruising the aisles at Michael's, fraying linen fabric edges just so, and crying at the heartwarming approach of a marching band in a parade, I probably couldn't have picked a better Indonesian spot to surround myself with. The appreciation for and dedication to the arts in Bali is unmistakable.

Just My Cup Of Tea

Tea and coffee plantation, Bali Upon the end of our mini-trek, we were sat at a shaded outdoor table for a surprise bonus tea and coffee tasting. The small appealing jars filled with vivid, powdery hues were set out and spooned into dainty glass cups. The three of us leisurely indulged on every colorful, flavorful type available like we were dames in a British tea parlor. Sharing opinions and discussing impressions with every sip.
